We ship the orders from our showroom in Paris every monday.
You will be informed of the forecasted delivery time when you confirm your purchase.


We offer 2 delivery options in France :
- Standard via Colissimo Recommandé from La Poste in 48h (working days) for delivery direct to your home : 10 euros.
- Pickup at our showroom in Paris, 5 rue du château d’eau, 75010 PARIS, France, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (contact@louiseparis.fr) : free.

We offer Colissimo recommandé via La Poste for international delivery :
- Europe : 20€
- North America, Asia, Oceania, Central America & Antille : 25€
- South America : 30€.


All the orders are shipped via LA POSTE with tracking and insurance in case the parcel gets lost or damaged. Neither the carrier nor the company LOUISE PARIS may be considered liable due to an inability to deliver as a result of an incorrect delivery address.
If you prefer delivery by another means of transport, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. If you need your order to be shipped more quickly, please contact us, we will be happy to do so.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The total shipping and handling fees are shown in the "cart" section and must be approved by you before confirming each order. All customs fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

The address that you have given for the delivery of your goods cannot be modified during delivery. You can track the delivery on the following website www.colissimo.fr using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation we sent you by e-mail.

RETURNS

We don't accept returns. All the items are second hand, we thus can't tell if the clothes, shoes bags or accessories have been worn before being returned.
All the clothes are washed or dry cleaned before being shipped, which represents a big cost, if we decide to accept returns we will have to increase the price of the products to cover these costs.
We want to keep our prices relatively low in comparison to the retail prices.

To avoid dissapointed customers, we try to describe as precisely as possible the items so that you can't make a mistake when buying the product. Please take your time to make your purchases, these are gorgous items that you might keep forever :). Read the descriptions fully and ask us as many questions as you want.

Regarding the colors, we try to be as precise as possible. Depending on your computer setting, you won't see the color as the others do, to avoid problem, we use very precise color names like scarlet red, baby blue, canari yellow, chartreuse green, chestnut brown etc.

Legally speaking, all the items are the property of the seller/individual until it's sold. We are sales agents ; we take care of the sale in exchange for a commision, the item is under the responsibilty of the seller until it's sold. We thus do not fit in the category of professional sellers who have to respect the article : L121-16 du Code de la consommation, according to which the customer has 7 days to return his purchase.
