THE PRODUCTS

The products are SECOND-HAND, always in very good condition.
The products are selected by Eloise for their quality and authenticity and for the cut and originality or their design. They come from the personal wardrobes of chic Parisians working in fashion.
All the products have undergone quality and authenticity inspections, we guarantee the quality and authenticity of the products we sell. We do our best to present the characteristics of the products via photos and specific description detailing the brand, state of the product (vintage, contemporary or luxury), material, measurements, size, condition and price.
The products are all in very good condition and occasionally even brand new. If there is a flaw or a defect on the product we will of course mention it. The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible, but should not be seen as constituting an identical representation of the product offered for sale, particularly regarding colors. The items used as accessories to present the clothes are nor sold with the product unless it’s mentioned in the data sheet.

All contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail sent to the address entered by the purchaser on the order form.

 

THE PRICES
___

The prices shown in the catalogue are displayed in Euros. The currencies others than the Euro are for reference purposes only.
The final payments are made in Euros.

LOUISE PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with it nevertheless being understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day the order is placed will constitute the only price applicable to the purchaser. The prices shown do not include shipping and handling costs.

  

THE CONSIGNMENT OF ITEMS.

The items are left in consignment in our shop for a minimum of 8 months and are sold exclusively on LOUISE Paris website. Any request to remove items before the 8 months period has elapsed will incur costs corresponding to the work carried out to sell these items, the commission that Louise Paris takes.
The LOUISE Paris commission corresponds to the work carried out to sell the item, i.e. :
-the deposit of the items,
refurbishing the items (cleaning, machine washing or dry-cleaning, shoemaking and ironing),
-photo retouching (cleaning of photos and colour retouching),
-shooting on live mannequins, product upload (description and photo upload),
-email exchanges to answer customers' questions about the products,
-product packaging and wrapping,
delivery by Colissimo, post-shipment tracking with the customer.
This commission is 60% of the sale price in the boutique and on the website.

 

 

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

LOUISE PARIS’s accounts are held at CIC Bordeaux. Payments are secured using the Paypal website (www.paypal.fr).
Payments are made on Paypal website by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or through Paypal account.
It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to to pay your order. The purchaser’s account will only be debited when the payment for the order has been confirmed and only for the value of the items shipped plus the shipping and handling fees. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refund the orders since the products are second-hand and we cannot make sure that the products have not been worn by the buyer. We give as many details and pictures of the products as possible so that the buyer won’t be disappointed when receiving the order. If you need more details regarding a product, please contact us, we’ll be happy to answer you!

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION
___

Any purchaser wishing to purchase a product is required to :
- Confirm the contents of his shopping basket after having checked it,
- Fill out the customer identification form on which he should provide all of the requested contact information along with a password, or provide his customer identification number if he already has one, and enter or confirm the invoicing and delivery addresses,
- Confirm his order and payment method,
- Confirm the payment. The confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of the present general terms of sale and an acknowledgement of their contents by the purchaser. All of the data supplied and the recorded order confirmation constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation constitutes the signature and acceptance of the transactions undertaken.
- LOUISE PARIS will send a confirmation of the booked order and the order number in an initial e-mail.
- LOUISE PARIS will send the following information in a second e-mail: confirmation of the order and delivery number booked with the carrier LA POSTE, enabling the client to track his delivery.

 

DELIVERIES
___

You can pick up your order at the boutique in Paris, 10 rue de Lancry 75010 PARIS, from Tuesday to Sunday.
We can also ship the orders worldwide from our boutique in Paris.
The online sales of the products featured on the website are intended for purchasers living in FRANCE and in EUROPE.
The price of delivery is fixed and depends neither on the amount nor on the weight of the order.
It depends on the destination: €9 for Metropolitan France, €20 for Europe & Corsica.
The total carriage costs are shown in the "cart" section and must be approved by the purchaser before confirming each order.
All customs fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the purchaser. All the shipments are insured in case the parcel gets lost or damaged. Neither the carrier nor the company LOUISE PARIS may be considered liable due to an inability to deliver as a result of an incorrect delivery address.
We are not responsible for damages or losses during transport. 
We ship the orders every Thursday.
You will be informed of the forecasted delivery time when you confirm your purchase.  
The address that you have given for the delivery of your goods can not be modified during delivery.
The purchaser may track the delivery at the following website www.colissimo.fr using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation by e-mail.
