This iconic SADDLE bag by the Christian Dior fashion house is printed with the house's famous monogram in navy blue on a beige background. Dior's Jacquard pattern is known as the "Oblique Canvas". Created by Marc Bohan, the house's artistic director, it was first unveiled in 1969. Today, the monogram continues to be adapted and reinterpreted in different forms, and remains as iconic as ever. Oblique canvas is still made in the historic weaving workshops in Flanders, France.
